Slicktiger's marvellous, if very sweary, post on the hard work that is old school blogging. He points out two problems:
1. It's just plain difficult to maintain a blog over time with decent content
2. It's soul-destroying to get no decent feedback

... after one month of blogging everyday, I’ve only got one comment from a stranger.
And it was on the post I wrote about a turd that wouldn’t flush.
I'm look forward to giving this a go. The gap between the learning-to-code apps and the actually-coding apps is pretty big at the moment....
